A collection of concrete, practical and universal spiritual teachings adapted to the present day to enable humanity to ascend alongside the Earth. They were transmitted between 1930 and 1961 by the Ascended Masters of the Great White Brotherhood of Shamballa (founded by Sanat Kumara millions years ago) on the occasion of two Dispensations granted by the Karmic Board: "I AM Activity" (1930–1939) and "The Bridge to Freedom" (1952–1961). The aim was to help humanity awaken to its Divine Nature, transform its life and the world, and achieve Ascension.
