PART I
EXPLANATION OF THE HOLY TRINITY
The First Commandment says: "Thou shall have NO OTHER GODS before Me"! Therefore, we call your attention first to your own great individualized God Presence - "I AM" which stands above and enfolds you, and which is repre sented in the picture of the Holy Trinity referred to in Lesson No. 1.
This great glorious God Being is the One sent forth by God in the beginning. This Electronic Presence is as blazing as the noonday sun and contains all the Qualities and Powers of the Father God. This God Self sends a stream of Electronic Essence into the physical form through the "Silver Cord" which enters the body through the pineal gland at the top of the head and anchors a miniature of Itself in the physical heart. This is the LIFE that beats the heart, enables the lungs to breath, and is the power by which you raise your hand, walk down the street, and perform all the activities of life. This Miniature of God in each heart makes every man, woman, and child a God or Goddess in embryo. Therefore, within each individual is the same power that enabled Jesus to perform the many manifestations of Perfection. The object of every true religion down through the ages has been to assist the seeking soul to find this GOD WITHIN and loose the God Powers locked there; to allow the Flame within the heart to expand until Its Light and Perfection fills the individual's being and enabled him to 'graduate' into a higher sphere of service in the Victory of the Ascension and thus fulfill the words of Jesus: "The things I do, all men shall do!"
The Name of this Individualized God Presence is "I AM" - the Name of God as He gave it to Moses. The words "I AM" arc the great CREATIVE WORDS of Life. They draw into manifestation whatever follows them - whether it be constructive or otherwise. Jesus used these words in all of His important statements, viz. "I AM" the Resurrection and the Life; "I AM" the Way, the Truth, and the Life';" 'I AM' the Open Door which no man can shut!" The first of these was His most powerful statement, and the one which enabled Him to leave the record of His Resurrection and Ascension as ex amples of the Truth of His Teachings.
If it is difficult to accept the fact that you do actually have this glorious "I AM" Presence enfolding you, think quietly upon it when you are alone. It is the Secret of the Ages which all the Sages throughout history have known. Earnestly ask your own God Self - your own "I AM" - to assist you in knowing and accepting the Truth whenever it is presented to you.
The following is a crude illustration which may help to clarify what we are trying to explain to you. If you can visualize a huge tank of water with billions of faucets below it, and from each faucet a stream of water flowing forth, you would see billions of streams of water - all seem ingly separate and yet all coming from the one central source - the tank. Now if you will think of that tank as Almighty God, and each stream of water a stream of Life - all seemingly separate, yet all coming from the One God, it may assist you in understanding that which we are trying to explain.
Man constantly l oo ks outside of himself for advice, Love, Supply, and Healing, when right WITHIN HIMSELF he has the latent power to do and accomplish whatsoever he desires. The story of the 'Bluebird' illustrates this quite well.
You may remember that the two children portrayed were dissatisfied with things as they were in their own humble home and determined to look OUTSIDE for the Bluebird of Happiness. They searched everywhere for it; they looked in the past, and into the future; they looked in luxury·, and failing to find it in any of those places, they returned, thoroughly discouraged, to their small home, and THERE WITHIN THEIR OWN KITCHEN was the Bluebird for which they had searched so long. When man stops looking outside of himself and starts looking within his own heart, he, too, will find not only the Bluebird of Happiness, but all that he has ever craved - for so long!
The Ascended Masters, through THE BRIDGE TO SPIRITUAL FREEDOM TEACHINGS, are turning mankind, again and again, back to this God Power - "I AM" - within their hearts. Now they are again turning to that " I AM" for advice, for Love, for Illumination, for Healing, or whatever it is they desire. "Seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and then truly all things shall be added!" The Ascended Master Jesus has said: "When I repeatedly referred to 'the Father within' as the Power that accomplished all the seemingly miracu lous manifestations during My Ministry, I meant to point man to the WAY by which he, too, might partake of the natural God Powers and Qualities that are within his own life. Every individual must, sooner or later, make a contact with the God Presence that is his own heartbeat. To every man this mystic experience is requisite before he can be come a Representative of the Father through his own nature to his fellowman. To find God within another is a cause for rejoicing in the unfoldment of that one's own God Flame; but to find God WITHIN ONE'S SELF is the purpose for embodiment and the only way Home again into the natural estate of Blessedness, Peace and Power which such God awareness brings."
You might ask now why these imperfections are in your world if you are actually a part of God with the "I AM" Presence enfolding you and beating your heart. Because of God's Gift to you of free will! You have the power to create even as God has, and you are given freedom to CHOOSE what you wish to create - what qualities you desire to place upon your life which comes to you pure and perfect. When that life reaches you, you become its custodian, which means that at some time, you must give an accounting for your use of it. All the life that you have qualified by your thoughts and feelings with constructive qualities is de posited in the Circle of Colors known as the Causal Body. All the life energy upon which you have placed something less than Perfection, is around the physical form and is the pressure of discord which you feel. The VIOLET TRANS MUTING FLAME is the Divine Tool provided by Life by which this human cration (or sins) can be dissolved and transmuted back into Perfection in a painless way. It is especially about this VIOLET TRANSMUTING FLAME that we wish to talk in this Lesson.
THE LAW OF THE CIRCLE
The Law of the Circle is one of God's great Universal Laws, and is sometimes referred to as the Law of Cause and Effect, or 'what you sow, you reap!'. What you place upon your th o u g h t s, feelings, words and deeds, goes through your own being and world first and then out to the person, place, condition or thing to which it is directed, but since you are 'home' to that Life and energy, after it has reached its destination, it begins its return journey 'home' - gathering more of that particular
quality or vibration with which it was originally charged. Therefore, you receive back into your world that which you sent forth - amplified - whether it was constructive or destructive.
If you criticize, you will be criticized; if you hurt someone, you will be hurt; if you are unkind and unjust, harshness and injustice will come back to you. These CAUSES that are set up must be balanced and adjusted before you can be free from their EFFECTS. When you plant corn, you reap corn; if you plant discord, you reap discord; when you plant flowers, you get flowers; and when you plant Love, Kindness, and Constructive Causes, you get the same in Effects. How can intelligent people believe that they can continue to send forth or 'plant' criticism, ir ritation, unkindness, impurity, and all other destructive qualities - and yet be able to reap good Health, Love, Supply, Happiness, and all the other good things of Life? The whole world has sent forth hate, greed, selfishness, cruelty, and every destructive quality that can be con ceived by the mind of man, and the whole world is now reaping the harvest in chaos, confusion, and distress of every kind.
When YOUR life injures some other part of life through thoughts, feeling, spoken word or deed, a CAUSE or debt of energy is set up which sometime, somewhere, must be met and PAID! Many times the individual you wronged (or the one who wronged you) passes out of the body before the debt is balanced, and it therefore becomes necessary that a future opportunity be provided whereby the individuals involved can meet again - through seem ingly perfectly natural circumstances
and once again
endeavor to harmonize and balance that debt by a service given to assist the one who was injured. These adjustments can be and often are made by the bringing together of such lifestreams in a future embodiment in which they may learn to work together harmoniously.
THE LAW OF RE-EMBODIMENT
Re-embodiment is a TRUTH, and the only logical ex planation for the many apparent injustices which can be seen around us. When you observe fine constructive people going through very difficult situations, while others who do not appear to be living in such a construc tive manner seem to be enjoying all the good things of life, you may be sure that there is no mistake, but that each one is meeting up with the effects of previous causes set up somewhere in the past and of which they have no memory. The way they react to the present set of circumstances will determine what they will experience in the future. If they are able to BALANCE this debt by desiring within them selves to render a SERVICE to the other individual and thus dissolve any of the hard feelings, they are thus cutting themselves free from the debt; but if they are unable to do that, Life will bring them together again in closer and closer association until it is accomplished.
Most people are brought together for the sole purpose of balancing these forgotten 'debts' of the past. Where there is an attraction of Love and Harmony between individuals, it is certain that they have worked in harmo nious association before and thus are able to expand that much needed quality into the world. Whenever there is a feeling of resistance or of 'being on guard' when you meet an individual, the feelings are usually remembering past associations of a discordant and unpleasant nature. but when they do, it is th e result of their own actions which have been set up, the reaping can be excruciating indeed. Fortunate are all who find and USE the DIVINE TOOL which has been provided for them.
It is comforting to know the Truth that the Forgive ness of God for misuse of His Energy is ALWAYS AVAILABLE to those who really desire to have it. The doctrine of 'eternal
damnation' which was brought forth to control the people through fear, superstition and blind obedience IS NOT TRUTH! What ever the sins or past mistakes; whatever the causes of impurity and imperfection that have been set up, THERE IS A CONSCIOUS WAY of transmuting those errors and thus be free of them. It is the DAILY USE of the Violet Fire of Love, Mercy, Forgiveness and Transmutation! When man finally realizes that he, himself, is the CAUSE of all the distress and limitation in his world, and earnestly and sincerely desires to MAKE THINGS RIGHT, every assistance is then given to him. Until that point is reached, he is usually either rebellious against God and circumstances, or submissive to the conditions - feeling that they are the Will of God which, of course, is not the Truth!
THE VIOLET TRANSMUTING FLAME
The Violet Transmuting Flame is a current of energy which has been qualified to seize imperfect energy and dissolve it so that it may be charged with Perfection once again. It is an activity of Love, Mercy and compassion which can dissolve the CAUSES set up by mankind whose EFFECTS would be most distressing. Unless mankind can come into this understanding and consciously USE this Violet Fire, he will have to meet up with the previous Causes that bring such suffering into his world and the world at large. This is what is happening all over our planet today.
Until a short time ago, the knowledge of the Sacred Fire was known and taught only in the Retreats of the Ascended Masters throughout the world, but because of the short duration of time in which certain things must be ac complished, It has been brought into the outer world where ANYONE can know of it, use It, and experience the Freedom which It brings.
The year 1954 was the beginning of the YEAR OF
...,
FREEDOM for the Earth. It was a special time in the history of the planet when Freedom was to take its Eternal Dominion here. That means that the energy enfolding mankind and in the atmosphere which has been charged with impurity, discord and viciousness, will be TRANSMUTED by the VIOLET TRANSMUTING FLAME, and when that is done, mankind will be free to again receive directions from ''I AM'' Pres ence and the Ascended Host of Light, and thus every part of life will have its Freedom. Not only man will benefit by this, but the Elemental Kingdom, the four-footed creatures and all that lives will once gain live as God intended His Creations to live from the beginning - in Love, Peace, Har mony, and Freedom.
When you call to your own God Presence - "I AM'', and any of the Great Beings serving on the
through you, it will then begin the removal of the miscrea tions in your emotional, mental, etheric and physical bodies, and you will experience a lightness and buoyancy in your feelings, a clearness in your mind, and a charge in your physical body. Some students SEE this Violet Fire as they call It into action in their worlds; others FEEL It, but whether you do either or not, It is doing its perfect work once it is called forth. It may seem to be invisible, but all the great powers which we use in our daily lives are also invisible. You do not actually SEE your life, or electricity, or Love, or hate, but you DO see their effects, and thus they are very real to us all.
The daily use of the Violet Transmuting Flame can also prevent many things from happening in your world, and perhaps it should be pointed out that as you DO earnestly use this Violet Fire and then some little thing does happen, it does not mean that the Violet Fire is not doing Its perfect work, but means that YOUR HUMAN CREATION is coming forth faster than you have been dissolving it! This activity has been referred to as being like a 'moving stairway'
bringing energy of the past into your world to ACT! Your business is to use the Violet Transmuting Flame enough to keep this energy DISSOLVED BEFORE IT CAN ACT! After a concerted effort has been made in using the Violet Fire, and you feel that you are now free from certain human qualities and creation which have been disturbing, con tinue on
with even greater determination to dissolve EVERYTHING that comes to the surface for purification as quickly as possible. Never risk the chance of losing a momentum that you have gained in this respect.
Here an interlude of soft music should be inserted while the attention is directed toward the Violet Transmuting Flame. Suggested tapes for this are the Seventh Ray and Violet Fire Music from The Music Library of the Masters, which includes Strauss Wa ltz s , etc.

PART II
THE LAW OF FORGIVENESS
While the use of the Violet Transmuting Flame is necessary for dissolving and transmuting imperfect en ergy, it should always be accompanied by an actual FEELING OF FORGIVENESS for your own mistakes and those of all mankind. When you call upon the Law of Forgiveness for all the mistakes you have ever made, and for those OF ALL MANKIND, it gives tremendous assistance not only to mankind, but to yourself. The Violet Transmuting Flame should never be called into action without first calling upon the Law of Forgiveness for that which created the causes and cores of the conditions which you wish to purify. The ''I AM'' Presence of EVERY individual desires only Perfection for that individual, and when you call to the "I AM" Presence of ALL MANKIND, and ask for the Violet Fire to blaze through them and FORGIVE their mistakes and set them free, it enables that ''I AM'' Presence to go into action when perhaps it has been many centuries since It has been called upon and thus given permission to assist that lifestream.
When the Ascended Masters look upon us, They do not see us as we see one another. They see what we have been FEELING by the colors around us; and what we have been THINKING by the forms around us. They see either Light or shadow, and are not concerned whether or not the shadows come from -what we may consider a greater mistake than our own. Our own criticisms, resentments, depressions and irritations may be worse than anything around many of our fellow men. The shadows must be changed into Light, and the dull colors into the brilliant colors of Perfection.
To say many times a day: "I AM" the Cosmic Law of Forgiveness and Transmuting Flame of every mistake I have ever made; and the Cosmic Law of Forgiveness and Transmuting Flame of the mistakes of ALL mankind, in God's Most Holy Name - ''I AM'', will eventually bring a lightness in your being and world which you never thought possible. Remember, you may have harmed not only people in the past, but also birds, animals, and other forms of life. You may have misused the beings of the Elements of Earth, Water, Air and Fire - all of which have intelligence and are endeavoring to evolve into ever greater Perfection even as you and I.
The ERA OF FREEDOM is at hand! Size opportunity while you may! Make an earnest effort to undo all the mistakes you have ever made in thought, feeling, word and deed against every part of life, so that in times of crises you may have protection in your world. Do your best from now on to set up only those CAUSES which bring Perfection as their EFFECTS. Every bit of Life ever entrusted to you (which comprises many tons of energy) must, at some time, be purified and harmonized and returned to God qualified with Perfection just as it was when it first came to you.
Strange things are taking place all over the Earth, and it is these imperfect, discordant and vicious miscrea tions, created by MAN and NOT BY GOD which are acting and trying to act everywhere. The use of the Violet Trans muting Flame and calling upon the Law of Forgiveness are the most efficacious ways of preventing them from acting in your world. When eneough of mankind make use of these activities, they can prevent distressing things from happening all over the Earth.
THE LAW OF HARMONY
Harmony is the Fundamental Law of Life upon which all else rests. When it is broken, man pays a penalty in distress of some kind. Without sustained Harmony in your thoughts and feelings, the pure Life Energy from God is unable to bring to you its blessings. We are told that the religion of the future will be so simple that there will be no need to study it, for it will be the LAW OF HARMONY! When mankind understands that disobedience to this sim ple Law is what has brought about all their distress, they will be more interested in making the effort to hold self-control and consciously place only Perfection upon the precious gift of their life.
Mankind wants Peace, Freedom, Love, Happiness, and Abundance, but how can it manifest for them - let alone the Earth - unless they first GIVE Peace, Freedom, Love and Happiness to all life everywhere? Remember that HARD feelings, the feelings of hatred, prejudice, intolerance, jealousy, and actual viciousness toward some other part of life, must first pass through the brain, body, feelings and affairs of the one generaton such feelings. War is simply an aggregation of many small wars between husband and wife, brother and sister, parents and children, friends and neighbors, communities and countries! It is not a bigger army and more effective weapons that men and nations need for their protection. It requires the pouring forth of enough kindly feelings of Good Will and impersonal Divine Love to each other, and to look to the God Presence ''I AM'' and the Ascended Host .of Light for guidance, protection, and PEACE! Let each of us say and FEEL: "God grant us PEACE,
and LET IT BEGIN WITH ME!"
THE SEVEN BODIES OF MAN
Each individual has seven bodies - three known as the Higher Bodies which are Divine and already perfect; and four known as the lower bodies whose energy must be re deemed and transmuted into Perfection by the individual who has imposed imperfection upon them through many ages of living.
The THREE HIGHER BODIES consist of:
( 1) The electronic Body or the ''I AM'' Presence (2) The Causal Body which is the Storehouse in the Higher Realms of all the Good the lifestream has created.
(3) The Holy Christ Self which is the anchorage of
within the physical heart.
The FOUR LOWER BODIES consist of: ( 4) The Emotional Body - the feelings (5) The Mental Body - the brain (6) The Etheric Body - the seat of memory ( 7) The Physical Body
The Emotional Body was created for the purpose of radiating through the feelings the various Virtues of God for the blessing of all life. All imperfect and unkind feelings are registered within this body, and it is necessary that all of this energy be transmuted back into perfection - replac ing all human qualities with the God Qualities of Divine Love, Peace, Harmony, Happiness, and all other constructive attributes. The VIOLET TRANSMUTING FLAME will do this. The Mental Body was crated to hold the pattern of the perfection of whatever man desires to manifest. The Mental Body creates the form of what you desire - holding it until the feelings energize it so that it can express in your world. Mankind has used this process in reverse by holding in the mind pictures of the imperfections they see, hear, or talk about which are energized by the feelings and propelled into manifestation. The VIOLET TRANSMUTING FLAME will purify this energy also.
The Etheric Body is the seat of memory and has stored within it EVERYTHING that has ever happened to the lifestream - both good and evil. When you live, over and over again, the distressing things of the past, you enegize them to again act in your world. The Violet Transmuting Flame will transmute and dissolve all these impefect records. Then we have the Physical body which has had im posed and stamped upon it all the imperfections of the other three bodies. The Violet Transmuting Flame rhythmically drawn and blazed through every organ, cell and function of the human body will change this!
The fact that you have seven bodies should be no stranger than the fact that your automobile has more than one part, for you arc a very complicated piece of machinery and the physical body itself is a marvelous piece of engi neering.
As in your car you have a carburetor, fuel pump, spark plugs, electric system, coolihng system, etc. which must all work together for your car to run smoothly and efficiently, so is it necessary for all your bodies to be in alignment and mesh together perfectly for the perfect func tioning of your world. Just as an expert mechanic can tell you what to do to make your car run better, so do the Beloved Ascended Masters guide and direct us in the more efficient operation of our several bodies.
With every thought, feeling, word and act, you are creating either your karma of distress or a Crown of Light, for you are thinking and feeling SOMETHING every mo-

TRANSMUTE their causes and cores and REPLACE them with Your Feelings of Divine Love, Purity, Harmony, Freedom and Perfection.
BLAZE (3) Your Violet Transmuting Fire through my brain structure and mental world! Dissolve and transmute all pictures of imperfection of every kind there, their causes and cores, into thoughts and pictures of Beauty and Perfection.
BLAZE (3) Your Violet Transmuting Fire through my Etheric Body and take out all remembrance of every hurt and all imperfect, discordant and vicious experiences that I have ever had, their causes and cores, and REPLACE them with the remembrance of only Good, Peace, Happiness and Pefection!
BLAZE (3) Your Violet Transmuting Fire through ev ery organ, cell, function and part of my physical body, and hold it there until all appearances of age, distress and imperfection of every kind are dissolved and transmuted itno my Eternal Youth and Beauty, perfect Health, limitless Strength and Energy, and the Victory of my Divine Plan Fulfilled is assured. I thank and bless and love You for instantaneous answer to my every Call to Light!
APPLICATION
In the daily and rhythmic ritual of Adoration to your God Self, in the privacy of your own room first still the outer self, and then turn the attention to the' 'I AM'' WITHIN! Pour forth your Love and Adoration to It and silently call for It to expand Its Light and Love through your physical body, your mind, feelings, and etheric consciousness. As you call for Its Perfection, let your Love and feeling of Goodwill go forth to all life in you immediate environment and then call for its expansion throughout the planet itself. Then send your Love and Adoration to the Ascended Master Saint Germain and feel His Presence enfold you in a Pillar of the Violet Transmuting Flame. See this Flame as the clearest and most beautiful shade of Violet, and feel It blaze up, through and around your physical body - taking away all physical distress. Expand this activity throughout your immediate locality, and through your city and the entire planet Earth.
Be very conscious of this Blessed Violet Transmuting Flame surging through your etheric body, your mental world, and your feeling - melting away all 'hard' feelings, tensions and lack of ease. Feel them all replaced by the Goodness and Mercy of God into Love, Kindness, Mercy and Peace.
This Violet Transmuting Flame is REAL, and it does bring results when earnestly and faithfully used each day, especially when used rhythmically three times dach day! ACCEPT this Violet Transmuting Flame as REAL! Use it and be free!
Contemplation to quiet music while the class absorbs radia tion. Use music of the Seventh Ray and/or Violet Fire.
PART IV
OUTLINE FOR DIRECTOR OF CLASS
The three candles should be lighted by the Leader BEFORE the students arrive, using the pattern in the Basic Manual. Soft music should be played for at least half an hour before the Class commences, and students should main tain SILENCE and absorb the radiation.
After Greeting the students, the LEADER gives a short visualization, and then follows this with the Invocation:

In the Name and by the Power of Full God Reality - ''I AM'', the Source of all that is, everywhere present, an chored within each one of our hearts and that of all mankind, we love and adore You!
